Delivery times
All orders will be shipped via UPS from Laguna Beach, California 92651 ASAP and no longer than four weeks from the date of final payment being received and clearing the bank.
Packaging
All items will be packed in a professional manner in the best way possible to protect your Art piece.

McKibben Studios Inc. accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards.
Terms and Conditions
All sales are considered final with no cancellations or refunds after the third day of receipt and/or possession of your order. All copyrights reserved by the artists and reproduction rights reserved to the publisher, even though the customer has purchased an original painting, giclee edition, screen printed serigraph, lithograph, photograph, sketch, etching, sculpture, greeting card and/or surfboard art.
If you have received your art piece and it is damaged, McKibben Studios Inc. MUST be notified within 24 hrs. of receipt or return will not be accepted. Any return must be approved by Mckibben Studios Inc. in advance of shipping; all packages arriving without return authorization will not be accepted and returned to sender.
